Dacian has the highest professional accreditation that can be attained and many years of experience as a financial planner. Dacian has been involved with his family businesses for many years covering a wide range of pursuits including agriculture, retailing, and financial services. The creation of Waterfall Way Associates is a natural step in the progression of Dacian’s chosen career as a financial planner.
He has a keen interest in music from his time as a student of Newington College where he was an accomplished musician playing viola in the highly awarded chamber music orchestra. While at Newington, he was also a winner of the prestigious Head of The River rowing regatta. Dacian was born in Thailand but the Moses family returned to Australia a few years after his birth – to Renmark, on the Murray River in South Australia. Dacian spent much of his formative years on the farm growing crops like apricots, oranges and grapes. After many years in Sydney, Dacian and his fiancé now live in Thora, near Bellingen, on the Mid-North Coast of NSW.
He is a proud supporter of annual Corners For Kids rally, which benefits the Inspire Foundation’s work with troubled young Australians across the nation. Dacian is also a regular financial supporter of aid projects in Timor Leste and the NSW Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Tim Harris CFP® BA (Hons) MAS Dip FP
Adviser representative, compliance officer and complaints officer for Waterfall Way Associates.
Tim worked with a senior financial adviser from 1994 to 2004 at Investor Security Group (later Centrestone Wealth Advisers), a Sydney-based financial planning practice, initially as a para-planner/administrative assistant and, as the practice expanded, as a technical adviser, leading a team of assistants and qualified planners supporting the senior adviser’s clients.
Tim has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Government and Public Administration (University of Sydney 1981-1985) and a Masters of Accounting Studies (University of New England 1992-1994). He completed the Diploma of Financial Planning in 2000 and attained Certified Financial Planner™ accreditation in 2001.
Tim joined Griffin Financial Services in September 2004 bringing extensive experience in practice management and self-managed superannuation fund administration, as well as expertise in taxation planning and analysis of financial markets and products.
Tim acted as compliance manager for GFS and provided technical and research support to GFS’ advisers and staff until November 2007 when he commenced a similar role with Waterfall Way Associates.
He has served on the committee of the Mid North Coast Chapter of the Financial Planning Association since November 2006.

Wanda Nairne
Office administrator for Waterfall Way Associates.
Her previous role as personal assistant to one of the senior partners of a Sydney accounting practice has given her a good background in taxation. She finished her Certificate II in accounting with a distinction at TAFE in 2002 and is a qualified bookkeeper. These skills provide the grounding for her role as Office Administrator for Coffs Harbour.
Wanda and her family have relocated to the Coffs Coast as part of a lifestyle change and to provide a better environment for their daughter.
